Building a Safe Haven for Tomorrow's Leaders
Muslims are a minority in Taiwan, with a growing population of migrant workers, students, and local reverts — yet there is no permanent Islamic education & Da’wah center with a hostel facility for children and new Muslims.
Al-Hadi Taiwan Islamic Education & Cultural Center (TIECC) currently serves more than 40 daily students, but operates from a limited rented space with no dormitory and no room for expansion.
We have secured nearly one acre of land in Sanzhi, Taiwan, but must complete the remaining land payment and full development to establish a permanent Islamic Center.
10% of the land price has already been paid. The remaining payment must be completed by March 2026.
This is a Waqf project, creating ongoing sadaqah jariyah that preserves Islamic identity for generations.
Muslims in Taiwan live as a small minority community. While the number of migrant workers, international families, and reverts continues to grow, Islamic infrastructure has not kept pace. There is currently no permanent Islamic education and Da’wah center with hostel facilities dedicated to nurturing Muslim children and supporting new Muslims in Taiwan. Without strong institutions, Islamic identity in minority contexts becomes fragile.
This amazing initiative is being led by the al-Hadi Taiwan Islamic Education & Cultural Center (TIECC). Al-Hadi began humbly with just five students. Today, more than forty students attend daily classes. Reverts come seeking guidance. Families look for structured Islamic learning. The need is evident and is growing day by day. Yet, the current space is small. It has no dormitory, and growth has reached its limit. Without securing land and building a permanent Islamic Center, the future of this effort remains uncertain.
What We Plan to Build
On nearly one acre of land in Sanzhi, we plan to establish a complete Islamic environment, including:
Classrooms
A Mosque
Dormitories for children and reverts.
A Da’wah center
An animal farm and a vegetation area
An open field for activities
This Islamic Center will serve as:
A place of structured Islamic education.
A safe home for underprivileged children.
A support system for reverts.
A spiritual hub for the Muslim community.
A foundation for Islam in Taiwan.
Faith and education will grow together in a protected environment.
How the Funds Are Used
Alhamdulillah, 10% of the land price has already been paid. However, the remaining payment must be completed by March 2026. Failure to complete the payment risks losing the secured land and delaying the entire project. Your urgent support now is critical to securing this Islamic Center permanently.

The Prophetic Promise
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.” [Muslim] An Islamic Center combines ongoing charity and beneficial knowledge continuously.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Whoever relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, Allah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever helps ease one in difficulty, Allah will make it easy for him in this world and the Hereafter.” [Muslim]
This is not just land. It is the future of Islam in Taiwan. Your donation is sadaqah jariyah — a continuous reward that will benefit you for generations. Support. Share. Be part of building Islam in a Muslim minority land.
